Fountaine Bleau Resort: Muurschildering

Hoi,

Wij zijn pas in Miami geweest, en zagen in een reisgids een foto van een muurschildering (best kitch, maar toch...) van het Fountaine Bleau (ook fountain blue) op collins ave in Miami. Maar deze is afgebroken om plaats te maken voor een nieuw hotel :( Heeft iemand toevallig een foto (in goede kwaliteit) van hoe het was??? Ik heb gezocht op internet, maar kwam maar een paar foto's tegen, en die waren te klein. Ik wil de foto nl. digitaal laten afdrukken, om te laten zien hoe het was, en hoe het nu is.

Richard Haas (born 1936) is nationally known for his trompe l'oeil painted murals that create the illusion of windows, elaborate moldings and other architectural details. After studying art at the universities of Wisconsin and Minnesota, he opened a studio in New York in 1968. He didn't do his first outdoor mural until 1973. He discovered the centuries-old tradition of painted architecture and illusionistic facades during two trips to Europe, especially southern Germany and Liguria, Italy. Haas has completed projects in such cities as Miami Beach, Chicago, Cincinnati, St. Louis, Dallas, New York and Boston.
