Wat mij van TIX en ook andere van dit soort sites tegenstaat is, dat ze op eerste gezicht leuke prijzen hebben, maar bij boeking komt er bijv. gelijk EUR 16,05 p.p. servicecharge bij.
Ik heb er zelfs met zo'n EUR 30 p.p. gezien.
Gewoon verkapte prijs verhoging.

@ Knaapje: Uiteindelijk gaat het mij toch om de totale ticketprijs. Tix rekent zowel administratiekosten (€ 10 pp) als een service charge. (ook € 10 pp) Servicecharges etc. zijn inderdaad irritant en ik zie ook het liefst direct de uiteindelijke prijs.
Ik heb deze keer bij Tix geboekt omdat ze de United aanbiedingen eerder hadden dan Connections. Uiteindelijk komt de totale prijs precies op hetzelfde neer: € 446.
Nog irritanter vind ik dat ze bij Tix de verzekering alvast ongevraagd voor je aanvinken. Je moet bij boeking goed opletten dat je het vinkje verwijderd.

Naar mijn idee netjes
Toch maar geboekt bij Air Berlin, omdat dit de goedkoopste vlucht is welke aan onze voorwaarden voldoet:
- Vertrek vanuit Amsterdam of Dusseldorf
- Rechtstreekse vlucht (vorige keer was onze bagage 2 dagen vertraagd, omdat ze in Londen achter waren gebleven)

Wij hebben onze rechtstreeke KLM vlucht 6 mei naar Miami op expedia.com geboekt. Vandaag mijn creditcard afschrift binnen gekregen met de wisselkoers erop en we hebben per ticket 506 euro betaald. Lijkt me een erg goede deal!
