Vraag. Ik ben benieuwd hoe de SeaWorld customer service is. Je betaald in het laagseizoen even veel als in het hoogseizoen, terwijl nu zo'n 20% van het park gesloten is. Mijn vriend zit me te jennen, zegt dat Amerikanen gevoelig zijn voor "klachten" (hoe hij dat weet, weet ik niet, want hij is nog nooit in Amerika geweest ;)). Hij vind dat ik in het park naar de info balie moet gaan en vragen om een discount voor de winkels of iets anders.. ik weet niet of dit kans van slagen heeft. Iemand anders zoiets dergelijks geprobeerd?
Je kan het ook zo zien: in het laagseizoen kun je veel meer zien van het park omdat het minder druk is. Je kunt alle achtbanen doen zonder te wachten en meerdere keren achter elkaar. En daar hoef je dan niet meer voor te betalen dan in het hoogseizoen wanneer het park propvol is en je blij mag zijn dan je de shows kunt doen.
Maar ik zou je vriend gewoon naar de kassa laten gaan. Misschien hebben ze gevoel voor humor :)
Je maakt nooit 100% gebruik van zo'n park.
In SeaWorld kunnen ze ook een feestje b(r)ouwen. Bands, Brew & BBQ! Met concerten in het Bay Stadium. Ieder weekend tussen 11 februari en 4 maart. Een lijstje met de optredende artiesten:

Was er eerst alleen de Funpass waarmee je t/m 31 december een jaar lang onbeperkt alleen naar SeaWorld kon, de serie is nu uitgebreid met 2 combikaarten voor onbeperkt bezoek aan Aquatica (op doordeweekse dagen) en Busch Gardens.
Geen gekke deal hoor! Volgens mij is de Funpass niet gedurende het hele jaar beschikbaar, bestel nu het nog kan....\\:D/.

Inderdaad was een hele dag zelfs te kort om Seaworld helemaal te beleven, zelfs zonder de manatees en penguins. Volgende keer wil ik graag twee dagen gaan. In de achtbanen ben ik toch niet geweest, ze waren toch iets hoger en sneller dan ik dacht :P
ziet er erg mooi uit ,wij zouden eerlijk gezegt naar disney en universal gaan ,omdat je nu eenmaal met 5personen een keus moet maken.
maar ik geloof dat ik vanavond toch met de rest om de tafel gaat om te kijken of het mogelijk is ook naar seaworld te gaan!
Een bezoekje aan SeaWorld is nooit weg maar let op: Turtle Trek opent in het voorjaar van 2012. Een exacte datum ontbreekt.Citaat:

Ik zag op de site van sea world dat ze ook verschillende tours aanbieden, iemand ervaring met de family tour of THE dolphins upclose tour?
In dit reisverslag van Trails staat een stukje over de Dolphins penguin tour.
Eh... we hebben niet de dolphins tour gedaan maar de sealion up close tour op 5 februari en de penguins up close tour op 17 februari. Beide in Seaworld.
Verder hebben we nog in Busch Gardens de tiger and orangutan keeper experience gedaan op 4 februari en de serengeti safari op 13 februari.
De tours waren zeer de moeite waard!!!

Woops, mijn fout, ik zat 3 dingen tegelijk te doen, en als man kan ik dat natuurlijk helemaal niet. :oops: Ik bedoelde inderdaad de pengiuns tour, ook daar werd niet eens om gevraagd, dus ehmm... Negeer mij maar vandaag ;-)
Ach ja... is niet erg hoor. Je bent blijkbaar aan vakantie toe! Nog maar ruim 3 weekjes voor jullie!!!

We hebben dat thuis gedaan. Per telefoon.
We hebben voor ons 5-en 1 jaarkaart gekocht en 4 2-weekse passen voor Seaworld en Busch Gardens. We kregen met die jaarkaart gratis parkeren, 10% korting op alles wat je koopt en 10% korting op de tours (voor ons allemaal).
Ah zo, ik zal eens kijken op de website. Wellicht is het daar ook nog ter plekke te boeken.

Waarschijnlijk is het ook te boeken in het park zelf. Maar alleen als de tours niet vol zijn.
Dat bedacht ik me inderdaad ook al, ben bang dat als ik ter plekke ernaar informeer, dat ze al vol zijn. Wellicht handig om dan alvast iets te reserveren, echter... ik wil niet aan 1 dag vastzitten, heb een schema, maar afhankelijk van het weer vul ik dat verder in Orlando in.
Toch maar de gok nemen dan. Hopelijk is er nog iets vrij als ik vroeg in het park ben.
Kan iemand mij zeggen hoe ik restaurant reservaties kan maken in Seaworld? Met een telefoonnummer of mail adres zou ik erg geholpen zijn want ik blijk het niet terug te kunnen vinden om de site... Alvast bedankt...
